Having arranged for hired cars we found our way easily to the Villa. Arriving late at night,on first impressions we were extremely impressed and were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine. The villa is spacious, well appointed and has all the necessary electrical appliances needed for a group of people on holiday. The villa is well situated for good access to local shops, two good supermarkets being key and some good restaurants, Wabi Sabi being an excellent choice. The villa is a good location for excursions to Paphos and Polis by car and Pegia is only a 15 minute walk away. The Jail House pub was a good spot to stop of for a drink and Savas, the local restaurant, offered a good variety at good value for money.
My wife and I stayed here with out two sons for ten days during June. We had a fantastic time.

The villa is beautiful: fantastically finished and with great amenities inside. It's stylish and spacious, while being homely and relaxed. I'd call it "a home away from home", but it's a lot more nicer than our own home. The local area and neighbours were quiet, and there's plenty of green around to make for a relaxed and pleasant location.

It was 35 degrees while we were there, but the villa stayed comfortable and cool. We didn't need to use the air conditioning, and opened up the windows to get a breeze going through. We didn't have any troubles with insects. We cooked in the villa at least once a day, and found the kitchen was well fitted out with what we'd expect at home.

Our family visited Cyprus for a short break in April. The Ice-landic volcano enabled us to stay longer than anticipated. We had a fantastic time! The villa was very spacious, very well equipped, tastefully decorated and furnished- and the pool was.....wonderful. The kitchen/ diner was easy to use and worked very well as it opened directly onto the covered terrace where we ate breakfast every morning. The patio area was un-clutteredand nicely planted with -if anything very young plants and shrubs, no doubt they'll grow. The village of peyia was within easily walking/strolling distance, we walked to it regularly to dine- there was plenty of choice of eatery. It is a very picturesque village. The piano bar is a must-visit and the free tv and wi fi was very useful. The dvd and large tv at the v
What can I say, perfect. The house provided the ideal oasis away from the world at work. The Tv was never switched on, the phone and computer left unpacked. However all the amenities of home eg dishawasher etc were fully utilised with a constant flow of wine glasses etc.The lasting memory is of sitting on the roof terrace + glass in hand unwinding after an uneventful day as the sun set. The view of the sun, sea or hills all equal. Time to plan the next visit ... But first a fresh orange for breakfast.
Spent a quiet holiday at the villa. It was exactly what was required I discarded the mobile, computer and ignored the Tv. I could almost say that we reverted to the simple life - however all the amenities dishwasher etc meant that the salads , bbqs and wine glasses left no chores. The lasting memory I will have is sitting on the terrace and surveying the panoramic view as the sun set enjoying a glass of white wine. The view - sea or mountains was immaterial the comfort and tranquility were everything.
The villa was beautiful, well looked after and has everything home from home. The surrounding area was lovely and quiet, the pool nice and private and we had a fab few nights at the local taverna. There was a generous welcome pack and the property manager was on hand to show us where everything was and help out if there were any problems. It was also very comfortably furnished with TV, DVD etc. which was all helped to keep the children entertained.
All in all we had amazing time and will definitely be back next year for our annual break!!
